When is the Sinto Senior Center Open?
The Center is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm, and open on Saturdays for specific events and groups that have rented out the Center or have events occuring. The Center Office is Open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.
How much does membership cost?
First of all, to become a member at the Center you have to be 55 or older. Other than that, the cost per year is $30 for one person, and if there is a second person in the immediate household who also qualifies, it is an additional $15 to add them to the first person's membership.
What are the days and hours for the Center Garage Sale?
Our Garage Sale runs from April through October, and is open from 9am to 3pm on the 1st and 3rd Friday and Saturday each month (unless that happens to be a holiday weekend). We are always accepting Garage Sale donations, either during the times that the garage sale is going on, or Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm. We accept most items for the garage sale,but we do not accept furniture or other large and bulky items due to space issues.
Can I pay for things over the phone?
The Center does not take payments over the phone. Payments are only taken at the Center office during regular business hours.
Where is the Center located?
The Center is located at 1124 West Sinto Avenue Spokane, WA 99201.
If you are on Monroe Street headed north from Downtown, you would take a left onto Sinto (which is one block before you hit the light at Maxwell.) After turning left onto Sinto, it is about 2 blocks to the Center.
